Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of wolfgang.sh and any order you place with Wolfgang Flowers. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Orders
Every arrangement is made fresh to order. Please check the delivery details you supply carefully; a contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. The details you give us are handled as our Privacy Policy describes.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout before your order is made up.
3. Delivery
Delivery is to the address and on the date you choose at checkout. If nobody is home we follow the delivery notes you leave; where the flowers cannot be left safely we leave a card saying where they are or when we will try again.
4. Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal. If a stem is unavailable on the day we substitute the nearest match in the same colours and to the same value, keeping the overall look of the arrangement.
5. Cancellations and returns
Flowers are perishable and made to order, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has been made up, and returns are not possible. If your flowers arrive damaged or below the standard we promise, tell us within 24 hours and we will remake or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
